Problems during play

Q:I received the "A connection error occurred. Return to the title screen." error.

A: If you are unable to launch the game with this error, Mac users, please move the TOKYO BEAST TRIALS application (TOKYO BEAST.app) to the "Applications" folder and try launching it.

Q:I received the "An error occurred during communication. Would you like to retry?" error.

A: This error may occur in environments where your network connection is not good. Check your network status and retry.

Q:Can JEWELs be refunded?

A: JEWELs purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Q:What is the difference between GEMs and JEWELs?

A: GEMs are an in-game currency that can be used in TOKYO BEAST BASE. JEWELs are the in-game currency that can be used in TOKYO BEAST TRIALS.

Q:Do JEWELs expire?

A: JEWELs purchased in TOKYO BEAST BASE expire 180 days from the date of acquisition. JEWELs purchased on the App Store and Google Play do not expire.
