# Xactimate Virtual Tour Integration

The iGUIDE Virtual Walkthrough is now accessible directly within Verisk’s Xactimate.

Upon creation, any iGUIDE Standard Sketch, Premium Sketch or Instant Sketch will have the virtual walkthrough URL embedded within it. Loading the ESX file into Xactimate will create a separate window within Xactimate containing the virtual walkthrough alongside the sketch.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The iGUIDE tour viewer functions the same way as the Mobile version, so the ratio and location of objects may look slightly different on the floorplan than the browser version.
{% endhint %}

### What is the benefit of this integration?

You can save time and increase efficiency by automatically having faster access to the virtual walkthrough directly within Xactimate. You will no longer need to open a separate browser window for the virtual walkthrough and switch between it and the Xactimate Sketch.

The virtual walkthrough is a valuable resource for remote visual inspection and measurement to improve claims accuracy and efficiency.

· Verify the true extent of the damage

· Verify wall, ceiling, and floor materials

· Use on-screen measurements to define any details in 3D space

· Access tags showing essential details such as moisture readings or thermal imaging

· Eliminate repeat visits

· Speed up dispute resolution

The new iGUIDE and Verisk Xactimate integration is a game-changer for professionals in the insurance, restoration and property claims industries. Combining iGUIDE's highly accurate property measurement data and immersive virtual walkthroughs with Xactimate's powerful estimating platform streamlines workflows, reduces errors, and improves collaboration between contractors, adjusters, and property owners.

Professionals can deliver greater transparency and efficiency throughout the claims process with faster, more precise estimates and detailed visual documentation. As technology continues to reshape the property industry, tools like this integration set a new standard for accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
